Can't believe I've been here in Warisan for about 2 months now. Time really flies and I have a week left until 22nd of August.
So far I've been taking care of a series of entrepreneurship event call Global Insights under Vani's and Vivian's guidance. This event is in conjunction with the upcoming Global Entrepreneurship Week on the 16th of August.
A lot of media came and maybe if you watch NTV7 recently my boss and the deputy minister of higher education got a long video about Global Entrepreneurship Week, newspaper and such. Click here to watch the video!
Met a lot of people and gained a lot of knowledge. From scanning name cards the first 3 days to making calls to the embassies to look for speaker for the event i'm 'in charge' of. It's really cool in a sense that working here, although I'm just a trainee, i got to work with the CEO and the secretariat staff very closely, closer to some of the permanent employees here. My voice are heard when I suggest something, it will be accepted and if it's rejected they will tell me the reason without ignoring my existance.

Vivian is my mentor, she is smaller than me!! She is from China and she worked her way up and man i must say she is a power lady! Now that I've been assisting her for some time I feel bad to leave her at the busiest period. And the board expressed eagerly they wanted to extend me, and i'm taking it into consideration.
Reason being i don't like to do my work halfway cuz i'm in it already, and i really like working here. So i'm going to think deeply about it, and most likely - i'm extending.
