You May Kiss The Bride

My cousin Chai Yin is finally getting married! Okay i made her sound very old, actually she's still in her mid 20s. Just the time to get married. Yay! Chinese New Year i will have another ang pow. It's amazing to see how couple get married and all, i mean.. MAN! you're gonna face that same person for the rest of your life. I still find it hard to get committed now even though i get kind of green-eyed to see women strut along the street with their utterly obedient husband, well... i'm not rushing, just telling. Well, the day before the wedding i headed to stay at my sister's place at Serdang.

I stayed online in her room until 4am... time flies when i'm playing games. I went to bed, knowing that 6am i have to be awake. Not to mention my sister is a very discipline person, she'll start yanking at me if i don't wake up. My sleeping ability is unreasonably good. I have 2 hours, maybe in the morning i can negotiate with her to let me sleep a little longer.... say 1 hour maybe?

I woke up dead the next morning, i only got 30minutes of what i wanted to get from that 1 hour. I dressed up and my sister and i headed down. Waiting for my other cousin to pick us up.. We waited for about 40 minutes standing at there.. i was so frustrated i told my sister that i'm gonna scold my cousin. Which i didn't after i got in the car. I'm still cool and calm.

I took a sneak peek of my cousin getting prep in the room. O M G!!!! Isn't that the very famous make-up artist for celebrity? i don't know his name but i definitely know that face. He is a make-up God. I saw his make-up kit, whao.. talking about designer labels here people. My cousin's face is very VERY expensive. ( I got an info that make-up from him will cost me about, RM700?) My cousin is so lucky. Poor thing the bride is looking very nervous today, she hardly squeezed a smile. I told her "It's too late to be regret." and she smiled. If my mom was there she'll probably slaughter me. Nah, she is just having a pre-marital-nervous-breakdown-oh-i'm-getting-married kinda thing, she's actually very happy.

We waited for the cars from the guys' side to come, man i think they are late. Me and my uncle actually came out with an idea of playing them. "Oh? who are you looking for?" "Bride? Who?" "I'm the only one living here, you're looking at the wrong place." Take that sucker! Anyway, us sisters have to play them kao kao before we let them in. Too bad couldn't think of anything disgusting at this very day, normally i'm very good at it.

Finally we came up with some exercise routine and delicious drinks for them. They seem to be enjoying. FINE.

My 3rd uncle, dressed up like a minister. We had a good laugh.

Work on it.

Some extra motivation.

He thinks soya beans and tomato tasted good.

Anyway ya.. the groom had to sing this song the bride wanted him to sing and he forgot what song is that. Damn... His brothers and cousin are very supportive. But i think even if he sing her Merry Had A Little Lamb she'll still let him in because they are so in love. When he finally hit the note and said I LOVE YOU across the wooden door real loud, my cousin came out and he gave her a smack on the lips. Wuhoo!! Married!!

Beautiful isn't?

2 happy mouse.

We then went to the guys' family's place and ate tons of fruits and jellies. Day ended. Tomorrow we have a night dinner to attend.

The next day.....

The emcee announced the arrival of the groom and bride. They walked in happily hands-in-hands. Then another 5 minutes the waiters and waitresses bring in the food. Next thing you know everyone is digging their head in their food.

AwwWW...
