I've started the lesson for Oenology - Wine Tech. Lesson was fun (of course, how often do you get a hottie to teach you alcohol?), but.. skip that. This French lecturer of mine is funny though. There are a lot of ways for him to explaine his certain meaning by saying something really funny. Which i think, is pretty hot. In our lesson, we'll learn about what's Wine and how it is made, history of it and things like that. It's very refreshing since all of us are quite new to this subject, not surprisingly simply because we wouldn't have the chance to learn that in school. Our olders might have more knowledge about it but in our age and we get to know more Wine's than them... i think it's pretty cool!

We might not have the chance to taste it in school because i think the school will have already close down just to buy wine or my school fees will be few hundred thousand times more expensive just for the school to purchase wine. Imagine the school fees goes this way.

WTF?
My lecturer is obsessive with his own country. Typical French. He hates Italians after the World Cup 2006. He kept saying "No.. i don't like the Italians after the date-of-world-cup-i-forgot." He even know exactly which part of France produces wine. Impressive. What he drew on the whiteboeard look exactly like this.

When he is explaining what is frementation of the grapes. He said something like this :"The bacteria will go and eat the grapes, and they will consume the sugar (glucose) from the grapes. Then they'll produce carbon dioxide. So it's like they eat and they fart." Er Sir.. is that the right word? i almost laughed my ass off in the class. He later said that the bacteria dies after that, what came into my mind was those bacteria died in their own fartings. *giggles* Nah, they died because they don't have enough food.
He kept emphazising that certain expensive wine taste very very good and he love them very very much. Hint. I love my lecturer. Looking forward for the next lesson!! (Okay this is a really bad ending i know)
